REGULAR PROM/GRAD SEASON WHEN NOT DEALING WITH CORONAVIRUS:
During the busy prom/grad season, we take reservations for our change rooms. As we are a cozy boutique and have 3 change rooms, this alleviates possible congestion and line ups in the store. In addition, it allows for some consultation time (when available) by the sales staff. Please be aware that you are booking a time slot for a change room, and it is not a reservation for a personal consultation. Despite this, we do our best to give you personalized service, including suggestions on dresses and casual chic clothing that would appeal to your style, body shape and be appropriate for your specific event. If you would like one-on-one time with sales staff, we would suggest that you come to visit the store during the week when it is typically less busy.
Seamstress appointments will only be available after store hours as we don't have the space (as per Social Distancing) to host both a one-on-one client and and alterations appointment at the same time. Appointment slots are approximately 20minutes in length which gives us time to sanitize the store/clothing. Please be on time for your appointment as it's a chain reaction when someone is late. When you arrive, if the door is locked, we are currently with a client. When the door is re-opened, we will be ready to receive you for your appointment. At entry, you must be wearing a mask and sanitize your hands at one of our stations. There will be no "try-on" shoes available, so please bring your own shoes for your alterations appointment. Please re-book if you are not feeling well or are experiencing any Covid/Flu like symptoms. You understand and acknowledge that during this appointment, there may be closer contact than Social Distancing permits. Only one client permitted per appointment. If a client is under the age of 18, a parent/guardian may attend the appointment. Even though we do our best to clean/sanitize before & after every client, THE DRESS DIVA in addition to its owner, employees and subcontractors are not liable with regards to any client that may contract the Coronavirus/Other Viruses/Diseases while at the store, and you understand the risks when you enter the store. We appreciate your patience at this time, as it is a time of great adjustment for us all. We hope to get back to a normal phase when we can have a "full house", but at this stage, we believe this is the safest option for everyone - staff and client.
